Complaints Process

Last updated: 14 June 2026

We want every customer to be happy with our work. If something isn't right, please tell us — we'll take it seriously and work to put it right.

How to raise a concern

If you have a concern or complaint about our work or service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can look into it:

It helps if you can tell us your name, the address of the work, when it was carried out, and a description of the issue, with photographs if relevant.

What happens next

Workmanship guarantees

Where a complaint relates to work covered by our workmanship guarantee, we'll handle it in line with the cover and conditions set out on our guarantees page and in your written quotation or contract.

Your statutory rights

Raising a complaint with us does not affect your statutory consumer rights. If we can't resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you may seek independent advice, for example from Citizens Advice.
